REVISED RATE FOR NPCO ENDORSEMENT FEE EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2018

Effective JUNE 1, 2018, following the zero rating of GST, NPCO endorsement fee
will be revised to RM10/- per piece.

本会受马来西亚政府委任授权签署原产地证书。所签署的证书均得到各国的承认。因此,趁此敬告全体会员及出口商,本会秘书处所提供的原产地证书服务及其营业时间如下 :

亚太经济合作组织(APEC)商务旅游证推荐信
Supporting letter for APEC Business travel card

APEC商务旅行卡(APEC Business Travel Card简称旅行卡或ABTC)计划系亚太经合组织工商理事会(ABAC)于1996年向APEC领导人会议提出的一项重要建议。 该计划旨在便利APEC 范围内各经济体的商务人员往来。APEC商务旅行卡持卡人凭有效护照和旅行卡在三年内无须办理入境签证,可自由往来于已批准入境的各APEC经济体之间;并在主要机场入出境时享有使用APEC商务旅行卡专用通道的便利。

目前,加入该计划的经济体有19个:澳大利亚,汶莱智利中国台湾菲律宾香港印尼日本韩国马来西亚墨西哥纽西兰巴布亚新几内亚秘鲁苏联新加坡泰国及越南。

申请者条件:
1. 本会会员
2. 公司主要负责人 (如: 执行董事,董事经理,主席或首席执行员)

有意申请的会员须提供以下文件作为存档:
1. APEC商务旅游卡申请表格副本
2. 护照副本 (首页)
3. 身份证副本 (前后)
4. 公司推荐信
5. 马来西亚公司委员会(SSM)文件副本

会员商家须连同申请表格,照片一张(护照尺寸)
护照副本(护照有效期需3年或以上),公司之申请信(申请者姓名护照号码职位和需要申请APEC卡的理由),及费用交到本中总。一般申请手续须时2~3个月。

The APEC Business Travel Card was initiated by the Asia Pacific Economy Cooperation (APEC) to assist the business community who has trade relations within the APEC member countries.

The APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) provides cardholders with pre-cleared, multiple entry (no visa requirement) to participating APEC countries for short stay business visits and access to express immigration processing on arrival and departure through special APEC-marked lanes. Currently, 19 out of the 21 APEC economies participate in the ABTC scheme. The 19 participating economies are:

  • Australia
  • Brunei Darussalam
  • Chile
  • China
  • Hong Kong (China)
  • Indonesia
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • Malaysia
  • Mexico
  • New Zealand
  • Papua New Guinea
  • Peru
  • Russia
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam
As the US and Canada are not participating in the ABTC scheme, all ABTC card holders travelling to the US or Canada will still be subjected to the existing immigration clearance process at the destination..

November 2, 2018:

CARD STOCKS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE PRINTING OF APEC BUSINESS TRAVEL  CARD FOR APPROVED APPLICANT

Immigration Department of Malaysia,  Putrajaya that the CARD STOCKS are now AVAILABLE for printing.  For applicants who have obtained 19 countries' approval may now proceed to the Immigration Department of Malaysia to print your APEC card.

Please also take note that with immediate effect, there are NEW PROCEDURES in the card collection.  You may refer to item  "
OPTIONS FOR CARD COLLECTION AT IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA, PUTRAJAYA" for new procedures.


1) REVISED RATE FOR ABTC PROCESSING FEE EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2018

Effective June 1, 2018, following the zero rating of GST, ABTC processing fee will be revised to
RM35/- per application.


2) PRINTING OF INTERIM CARD FOR APPROVED APPLICANT

With immediate effect, The Immigration Dept, Putrajaya will NO longer print the INTERIM CARD.
The card will only be printed when all the 19 countries have pre-cleared you for entry.

Conditions of the applicant:
1. NSCCCI's member
2. Company's Directors (eg: Executive Director, Managing Director, Chairman and CEO)

All applicants are required to provide the following documents:
1. a photocopy of the completed APEC Business Travel Card Application Form
2. a photocopy of Malaysian Passport (Front Page)
3. a photocopy of Malaysian identity card (IC) (Front & back Page)
4. company's supporting letter
5. a photocopy of SSM report

Applicants must attach with APEC application form, passport size photo, passport (photocopy) (more than 4 years validity),application letter (applicant's name, passport number,designation and reason why he/she need to apply this APEC card), processing fees and submit to the NSCCCI.

Processing time is 2-3 months depending on the approval given by life member countries through the ABTC System (on-line)

1. 名称 :森美兰中华总商会“清寒子弟助学金”计划

2. 宗旨 :(1) 通过助学金计划,培育优秀人才,使接受完整母语教育;同时为家境清寒,品学兼
优的华小毕业生提供延续母语教育的机会。
(2) 资助芙蓉中华中学/波德申中华中学家境贫寒的学生支付每月的学杂费,使其不因家
贫而失学,俾完成中学教育。
(3) 鼓励受惠学生奋发求学,争取出色表现,以后为国家社会做出贡献。

3. 资助 :(i) 资助森州境内二间独中中学学生
(ii) 初中一新生
(iii) 初二至初三
(iv) 高中
(v) 膳宿费

4. 申请资格 :(i) 芙蓉中华中学/波德申中华中学在籍生(初中一新生将受优生考虑)。
** 新生小六成绩总评均75% 以上或UPSR 4A以上。
(ii) 成绩中上(初中总平均65% 以上,高中总平均60% 以上) 。
(iii) 品行优良 (操行70%以上)。
(iv) 必须是家境清寒者。
(v) 有心在芙中/波中求学并认真学习者。

5. 申请手续 :(i) 向芙蓉中华中学/波德申中华中学辅导索取表格填写。
(ii) 必须先报名芙中/波中,并缴交注册费方可申请。
(iii) 呈交以下证件复印本各一份:
a) 小六成绩单及UPSR 成绩通知书(新生)。
b) 家长报税单、薪水单、EA 表和相关资料。
c) 新生申请则需有原校校长及六年级班导师推荐书。
d) 需附上申请者住所之前门和客厅照片,并附上最近两个月的电费单影印本。
(iv) 申请日期:每年新学年开学前(新生),即每年12月1日至12月26日。
(v) 审核:芙蓉中华中学/波德申中华中学审核及遴选委员会负责审查,由森美兰中华
总商会“清寒子弟助学金”委员会批准。录取结果将个别由校方通知受惠者。
森美兰中华总商会“清寒子弟助学金”委员会之决定是最后的决定,任何询问
恕不受理。
(vi) 截止日期:每年12月26日,中午12时正。

6. 结对关系 :(i) 由校方从申请学生名单中遴选家境清寒,确实需要资助的学生而给以结对。
(ii) 校方提供资助者及受惠者学生双方之地址。
(iii) 结对双方之间可互相认识,来往
通信通电,探访。
(iv) 资助者可赠送礼物(如生日礼物)及奖品给受惠的学生。
(v) 校方欢迎资助者来函/来电询问,并了解受领养的学生的学习生活状况与表现。
(vi) 校方将定期寄上有关受惠学生的学业成绩报告(年中及年杪),让本会知
晓并关
心。

7. 终止 : 倘若被助学的学生中途转学,则自动终止其资格。
